Is it just me or am I missing something here. I don't quite follow DE's business model. I hope they have an understanding how critical gaining infrustructure vendor support is in this space. Without direct vendor/licensing support from the local telcos, this business concept is dead!!! Also, what is the value offering comapred to what the telcos themselves are offering? ie. Given their own software and crm capabilities, why wouldn't they be offering all this to their own customer base? I'm confused but hope my feedback helps guys Good luck. RW

I'm studying website marketing in high school and I would like to ask can a company use logos and brand names of companies on its website etc without their permission? If these companies such as Coke and Audi are not real customers of this company, can they do this legally? I think it is not and is a breach of copyright. Just wondering and a reply would be very helpful for my school project.
Many thanks Liz. Illanois

I have been working in the IT and marketing industry for nearly 25 years and I faill to understand what Dreameye Media is offering. I think this is a dangerous shift for supposedley high tech companies to seek opportunities fr an appetite for greater market shatr in new media without spelling out what strategies and alliances thay have with incumbent telcos. For their sake, I just hope that they have comleted their due dillegence with the control point along the value chain. I'm talking about Telstar and Opts. Without these two, this business concept has no hope.

Advancement of Web Analytics :

Another alternative to web analytics tool available on the net is mvispy.com I have been using the service for past few months and it has worked out well for me. I have been able to do live visitor tracking. MVISPY offers a unique combination of features like real-time visitor data, IP name lookup, conversions tracking (3 ways), email alerts, live or proactive chat, tracking web leads from search engine to conversion, insert leads into sales lead systems, determine what pages don't work & track click fraud - all while determining what people are looking for, what keywords work best.

Some of the features offered by MVISPY that are not offered by Analytics are
- real time tracking on website
- IP look up with company name address and Jigsaw drill down feature
- Tracking conversion 3 different ways with email alerts
- Live pro active chat features that will pop up after a preset number of page views or visitor length on the site and when arrives at preset page
- SPY shows trails from Search engine to site thru purchase on one display (not done by Google)
- Auto insert of sales leads in sales Lead system
- Determine what pages don't work by real time bounce data (Gogole has)
- Tracks Click Fraud.

Well I'll say that I would have to agree with Neil's comments. This is another example of a so called new media company over promising and under delivering. I'm telling you, Dreameye media's so called value proposition makes no sense at all and is giving the enhanced mobile media industry a bad name.
