US lags behind UK and India in Mobile Advertising; Shows Steady Growth - Limbo and GfK Release Mobile Advertising Report

The mobile entertainment community in the US, Limbo and a leading market research organization, GfK Technology, recently released the joint Mobile Advertising Report (MAR). The report, released on August 08, 2008, showed that a high percentage of mobile phone users in the UK, US and India said that they received advertising messages through their mobile phone. Approximately 85% mobile users in India said that they received mobile advertisements in the second quarter of 2008, followed by 51% in the UK, and 37% in the US.
